Our communitySome of our customers moor permanently, others are just visiting on a tour of the Shroppie. The owners of several of the boats on our Aqueduct moorings live close by, which adds to the security and sense of community. The yard is secured by a gate at night and on Sundays (you have a key). Metered electricity is available on our boatyard moorings. Getting hereEasily reached by car from the M6, or an hourly bus outside the gate connects to the railway stations at Shrewsbury and Stoke on Trent. We’re a 5 minute walk from the centre of Market Drayton with its busy Wednesday Street market which dates from 1245. Current mooring fees
Temporary narrowboat mooring (up to one month) at all berths £7.20 per overnight stay, subject to availability. SLIPWAYAvailable by appointment, during shop opening hours. Suitable for trailable boats up to 30ft. £12.50 each way, DIY. Free to moorers of more than 3 weeks. If you need our assistance we will charge you at our usual hourly rates.
